The entrusted management mode is adopted for the traffic reconstruction and farmland protection works in the reservoir area of Tingzikou Hydropower Station. The in - situ construction management organization is required to have high professional management level because of the complexity and particularity of reconstruction project for resettlement. The construction and management of the reconstruction project for resettlement are presented in detail, such as project quality control, construction safety management, project progress control and the relation coordination among all the parties participating in the construction, which provide a valuable management mode for implementing and reflecting the reforming spirit of governmental invested projects.
