摘要 针对HFW钢管焊缝力学性能较母材差距较大的现状,为达到焊缝力学性能的技术要求,对焊缝进行了热处理,并通过物理学及金属学原理分析,选择了焊缝模拟正火热处理工艺。应用理论分析得到的指导工艺参数,制定了实际生产中热处理各工艺阶段的工艺参数。在焊缝经过模拟正火热处理后取样进行理化检验,经过金相显微组织分析及理化检验验证,热处理后的HFW钢管焊缝性能符合要求。 Aiming at the greater difference of mechanical properties between HFW pipe weld zone and base metal, in order to achieve technical requirements of weld mechanical properties, the heat treatment was conducted, and the simulation normalizing heat treatment process was selected through analysis on physics and metaUographic principles. Utilizing technological parameters which obtained through theoretical analysis to establish technological parameters on every stage of heat treatment in practical production. Taking samples to do the mechanical and chemical tests, after the metallographic analysis, mechanical and chemical tests, it proved that the weld properties of HFW pipe can meet requirements.
