摘要
目的观察替吉奥(S-1)联合全脑放射治疗(WBRT)脑转移癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法 50例脑转移瘤患者采用WBRT,30 Gy分10次,2周完成,同时口服替吉奥每天80 mg/m2,早晚2次餐后服用。放疗结束后3个月复查脑MRI。结果 50例患者的总有效率为80.0%,1年生存率为42.0%。主要不良反应为消化道反应、血液学毒性,多为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级。结论 S-1联合WBRT治疗脑转移瘤疗效确切,不良反应可耐受,能明显改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the short-term effect and safety of S-1 combined with whole brain radiotherapy （WBRT） in the treatment of patients with brain metastases. Methods Fifty patients with brain metastases received conventional WBRT which was 30 Gy/10 F and S-1 80 mg/m^2, bid. MRI evaluated at 3 months after radiation. Results The total effective rate （ CR ＋ PR） was 80% and 1-year survival rate was 42%. The main toxicities were myelosuppressive and gastrointestinal toxieities and Most were grade Ⅰ -Ⅱ. Conclusion S-I combined with radiotherapy shows good efficacy and tolerance for patients with brain metastases. And the quality of life in patients are apparently improved by this regimen.
