超声诊断胎儿人体鱼序列征一例并文献复习
摘要
目的探讨超声检查在产前诊断胎儿人体鱼序列征的临床价值。方法对1例胎儿人体鱼序列征的超声声像图及随访结果进行分析，并复习文献。结果超声声像图提示胎儿双下肢并腿，脊柱排列不规则、部分缺如。随访5周后引产。结论胎儿人体鱼序列征常是致死性的，引产即死亡。超声检查是发现胎儿人体鱼序列征的首选影像学方法，具有重要的临床诊断价值。
