摘要
简述了小直径无缝钢管的用途以及目前的供需现状,着重分析了我国小直径无缝钢管存在的大量的落后产能,对2015年我国小直径无缝钢管消费和生产情况进行了预测;介绍了各种小直径无缝钢管生产机型的生产工艺、装备特点,并从原料、产品规格、生产规模、质量、装备、能源消耗等方面进行综合对比;对我国发展小直径热轧无缝钢管的生产装备提出了建议。
Briefed in the paper are the application scope and the current supply-demand situation of the small-sized seamless steel pipe. An analysis of the existing huge backward production capacities in this field in the country is focused on,while the consumption and production levels of such pipes by the year of 2015 is forecast. The manufacturing processes and equipment characteristics of various types of small-sized seamless steel pipe mills are elaborated. Comprehensive comparisons of the mills are made in terms of raw materials,product specification,production scale,quality level,and equipment and energy consumptions,etc. Finally proposals for developing domestic manufacturing equipment for small-sized seamless steel pipes are put forward
