摘要
考察了NaY 分子筛晶粒变小对其稳定性能及催化剂活性的影响。NaY 分子筛晶粒适当变小,可提高催化剂活性,但当NaY 分子筛晶粒小于400 nm 时,则会降低催化剂活性。选定合适的小晶粒(543 nm ) NaY 分子筛制成催化剂,经固定流化床评价表明,可使催化剂的转化率和轻质油收率分别提高1.74个百分点和2.27 个百分点,总液体收率增加1.94 个百分点,焦炭产率略降低。
The effects of minifying crystal particle size of NaY zeolite on catalytic performance were investigated. Minifying crystal particle size of NaY zeolite can increase the cracking activity of the catalyst. However, if the average crystal particle size of the NaY would less than 400nm, which led to the decreasing in the cracking activity of the catalyst. The tests were conducted on a fixed fluidized bed reactor. The catalyst prepared by properly small crystal particle size in comparison with the catalyst prepared by normal crystal particle size, the conversion was increased by 1.74%; the light oil and total liquid yields were increased by 2.27% and 1.94% respectively; and the coke yield was slightly decreased.
