摘要
目的:探讨小针刀治疗盂下结节综合征的疗效。方法:对76例慢性盂下结节综合征患者采用小针刀治疗。结果:本组76例,经1～2次治疗,痊愈73例(1次治疗痊愈者57例,2次治疗痊愈者16例),显效1例,好转1例,无效1例(高龄卧床患者,仅治疗1次,且术后未能积极锻炼所致,考虑再次粘连),有效率98.7%。在治疗3～6个月后回访,均未出现复发性症状加重。结论:小针刀治疗盂下结节综合征疗效确切,尤以慢性损伤为首选。
Objective:Investigated the clinical effect of small needle knife on treating infraglenoid tubercle syndrome.Methods:76 cases of chornic infraglenoid tubercle syndrome were given needle knife therapy.Results:The effective rate is 98.7%,73 cases were basic recovery(once the treatment of recovery in 57,2 times the treatment of recovery in 16 cases),1 case was excellent,1case was improved and1case was ineffective(aged patients lying in bed for only one treatment and considering adhesion again if failing to positive exercise).All patients have not appeared recurrent symptoms after 3~6 months treatment.Conclusion:Small needle knife has certain curative effect on infraglenoid tubercle syndrome especially for chronic injury.
