摘要
传统的油管表面处理方法都有一个共同的弊病———环境污染。为了克服该缺点 ,经多次试验 ,成功开发出了无污染的油管高压水液体喷砂技术。经过分析对比 ,设计的油管高压水液体喷砂生产线主要工作参数即流体参数 :泵压为 30～40MPa,排量为 2 0～ 40L/min ;磨料参数 :砂径为 0 5～ 0 7mm ,材质为石英砂 ;混合参数 :砂浓度为 >2 0 % ;作业参数 :靶距为 10 0～ 12 0mm ,角度为 2 8°～ 35°,油管转速为 130～ 16 0r/min ,油管移动速度为 >1 8m/min ;覆盖率 >12 0 % ;除垢率>98%
This article introduces in detail a kind of new technique of noncontaminating sand\|spraying derusting-high pressure water sand\|spraying applied at oilfield,and shows the development and research of the key units on construction of tubing anticorrosion.
