摘要
工程样车试制阶段会对部分高强板进行手工敲制及制作工作,为了验证高强板在受火作业后材料性能发生的变化以及变化趋势,利用DOE正交表分析方法对板材受火作业后材料性能的变化进行分析计算,并确定影响材料性能变化的主要因素,从而为工程样车试制、验证工作提供指导。
During prototype ET period, some high-hard-plate may be machined by handwork. In order to verify the diversification and trend of the high-hard-plate material performance after it fired, the DOE analysis method was used to analyze and calculate the performance diversification trend of the fired plate, and the main factor that affecting the performance of material made sure. So that an instruction can be af- forded for prototype ET and verifying work.
