作为大学文化的特殊主体,辅导员的工作职责,是孕育大学文化理念、传播大学文化精神、培育大学文化学生主体的职责,辅导员的工作空间,是作用于大学文化育人知情信意行诸多环节、充分实现其思想政治教育价值最广阔的课堂,辅导员的工作效果,是作为衔接学校、教师和学生的纽带,具有调动和协调各种教育因素,全方位塑造大学文化精神的系统化效应。
Advisors＇ job is to conceive ideas about college culture, spread the spirit and cultivate students as the subject. Their work space is the most expansive classroom for full realization of ideo-logical and political education value of college culture. College advisors serve as the link between school, teacher, able to mobilize and coordinate various educational factors to effect systematized college culture spirit in an all- round way.
