摘要
通过羧甲基纤维素 (CMC)接枝以二甲基十四胺、环氧氯丙烷制备的长链季铵盐合成水溶性两性纤维素衍生物 (MEQCMC) ,确定了 CMC季铵化的适宜条件 :以异丙醇∶水 =4∶ 1 (体积比 )为溶剂 ,反应温度 65℃ ,反应时间 5 h。通过 X衍射、DTA、元素分析、红外光谱等表征了 MEQCMC的结构。
A novel amphoteric polymer surfactant (MEQCMC) was synthesized by carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) grafting glycidyl tetradecyl dimethylammonium chloride (MEQ) which was prepared from tetradecyl dimethlammonium and epoxy chloropropane. The optimum reaction conditions of quaternarization were obtained: at 65 ℃, reacting 5 h in the reaction media, which consists of isopropyl alcohol and water in volume ratio of 4∶1. The structure of the product MEQCMC were characterized by elemental anlysis, Xray differaction, DTA and IR spectroscopy.
