摘要
数字化校园建设给高校财务管理带来新的发展机遇,在技术层面实现了学校对下属经营服务单位的财务监管,规范了组织收入行为,增强了学校对资金的调控能力。为进一步加强高校财务管理信息化建设,需要贯彻全员参与思想,加强制度建设,提高人员素质,实现财务管理信息化系统的稳定运行与网络安全,重视财务管理的信息审计,加强银校合作保证圈存资金的专款专用。
The construction of digital campus brings new opportunities for college financial management,and it realizes the goal of financial regulation that is conducted by school authorities to their subordinate service departments,regulates income practices and enhances school＇s ability of controlling capital.It needs the staff＇s participation,system building,and improvement of personnel quality to further strengthen the IT construction of college financial management.At the same time,the stable operation and network safety of information system in financial management must be guaranteed,the information auditing of financial management be stressed,and the cooperation of school and bank be promoted in order to ensure that a fund is earmarked for a specific purpose.
