摘要
阐述了制定《浙江省农业自然资源综合管理条例》的重要性和紧迫性， 介绍了《条例》对综合部门职能的定位， 指出应做好《条例》的实施工作。
This paper expounds the importance and urgency to draw up “the comprehensive management regulations of agro natural resources in Zhejiang province (draft)” and describes the functions of the comprehensive departments stipulated by the regulations and points out that the implementation of the regulations should be carried out well.
