摘要
目的研究桂郁金水提液(Water Extraction of Guiyujin,WE-GYJ)对兔离体腹主动脉条的作用,并探讨其影响机制。方法采用家兔离体主动脉平滑肌标本,以去甲肾上腺素(noradrenaline,NA)预收缩主动脉后给予不同剂量的WE-GYJ观察其张力变化;此外,以NA预收缩后,将标本分为对照组、WE-GYJ组、WE-GYJ+硝酸甘油(7.34×10-6mol.L-1)组、WE-GYJ+酚妥拉明(7.06×10-5mol.L-1)组探讨WE-GYJ对血管影响的机制。结果 WE-GYJ能收缩家兔腹主动脉血管,有量效依赖性(r=0.90,P<0.01);WE-GYJ与对照组和WE-GYJ+酚妥拉明组比较,有显著差异(P<0.01)、与WE-GYJ+硝酸甘油组比较没有差异(P>0.05)。结论 WE-GYJ对兔离体腹主动脉条有收缩作用;其作用机制可能与激动α受体有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of water extract of Guiyujin ( WE - GYJ) on rabbit abdominal aorta in vitro and its mechanism. Methods Rabbit aortic rings were isolated and precontracted with NA and then were divided into four groups : control group, WE- GYJ group, WE -GYJ + 7.34 × 10^-6 mol·L^-1 nitroglycerin, and WE -GYJ + 7.06 × 10^-5 mol·L^-1 phento- lamine. The effects of WE - GYJ were investigated. Results WE - GYJ could isolated rabbit abdominal aorta and had obvious concentration - dependent manner( r = 0. 90, P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with WE - GYJ group, control group and WE - GYJ + phento- lamine had evident effects (P 〈 0.01 ) ;Compared WE - GYJ group with WE - GYJ + nitroglycerin, there was no significant difference(P 〉0.05 ). Conclusion WE- GYJ can contract isolated rabbit abdominal aorta and the mechanisms might be involved in activating the α -receptor.
