摘要
介绍了厂拌热再生技术在长春至四平高速公路中的应用。针对不同层位、不同老化条件下,进行厂拌热再生试验研究,对厂拌热再生技术在高速公路面层施工中的施工工艺和技术特点进行了总结。经过技术经济比较,结果表明通过合理的设计与施工厂拌热再生混凝土可以达到与100%使用新材料铺筑的路面一样的使用性能的结论。
Application of hot in-plant recycling technology in Changchun-Siping Expressway is introduced.On account of different layer and aging conditions,experimental study for hot in-plant recycling is performed.Construction technology and technical features of hot in-plant recycling technology in surface course construction of expressway are concluded.Through technical and economic comparison,the result shows that hot in-plant recycled concrete could reach the same performance as the pavement paved with 100% new material through reasonable design and construction.
