摘要
针对教育部提出的"卓越工程师教育培养计划",根据塑料行业对工程师的要求,初步探讨了建立适应高分子材料与工程专业学生培养发展的塑料类"卓越工程师"培养模式,以便为我国塑料行业培养高素质高能力的专业技术人才。
Aiming at ＂Training Plan on Excellent Engineer Education＂ proposed by ministry of education, we explore to establish a training model for these future Plastic Excellent Engineers who are undergraduate students majoring in polymer material and engineering, in order to meet the need of development of plastic industry. We wish to train more and more professional technical personnel with high quality and capability for plastic industry of our country.
