摘要
建立搅拌车前轴摆架模型,利用SolidWorks Simulstion有限元分析平台,针对摆架最恶劣的工况,提取其所受瞬间最大静态载荷,分析验证所设计摆架强度是否满足车辆使用工况。分析结果表明,所设计的搅拌车前轴摆架的刚度和强度能够满足车辆的功能需求,为车辆安全行驶提供了数据支持。
Establish the front axle swing frame of truck mixer and with the SolidWorks Simulstion finite element analysis platform, According to the worst performance of the swing frame, extract the maximum load moment suffered, analysis to verify the design using the swing frame meets the conditions of vehicles. The results showed that the strength test of the swing frame could meet the actual operstion requirements and could provide the bases for safe driving.
