摘要 文章通过对农业科研单位公开招聘工作的实践和调研,研究了我国农业科研单位公开招聘的发展现状,分析了农业科研单位公开招聘中普遍存在的招聘考试内容缺乏针对性、对应聘者综合素质的考察缺乏客观标准、招聘工作缺少技术手段支持等问题,提出编制科学规范的职位说明书、引进先进的人事测评技术方法和探索适合农业科研单位发展的考试考核方式等发展对策,以期对我国农业科研单位公开招聘工作的健康发展提供参考。 Based on the practice and survey of open recruitment in agricultural research institutions, the current status of this work in China was studied in the paper. The major problems of the open recruitment were lack of specific content in the examination, standards of candidates' qualities and technical support. With a view to providing a reference for the healthy development of open recruitment in China's agricultural research institutions, the preparation of scientific job description, the introduction of advanced methods of personnel assessment and exploration for the examination and assessment methods of agricultural research institutions were proposed.
