摘要
粮食安全对于一个国家的稳定与发展具有十分重要的意义。文章详细阐述了粮食安全的重大意义,论述了科技对粮食安全的重要支撑作用,分析了粮食安全的现状与面临的挑战,并提出了我国粮食安全的科技支撑建议,如高度重视对粮食情报领域的研究,密切跟踪掌控国际前沿动态;不断加大科技力量的投入力度,确保公益性研究的主导力量;加强对外来作物病害管理与防控等。
Food safety is of great significance for a country＇s stability and development. The great significance of food safety was described and function of science and technology in supporting food safety was discussed in the paper. Current status and challenges of food safety were analyzed. Suggestions for support food safety by science and technology were put forward, i.e., paying attention to studies on food information and tracing international front trends, increasing input to science and technology and ensuring the leading role of welfare researches, strengthening controlling of crop diseases introduced from other countries.
