摘要
目的:探讨预防经外周置入中心静脉导管并发症措施的临床效果。方法:观察2010年实施多项预防中心静脉导管并发症措施的临床效果,将2010年并发症发生情况与未实施多项预防中心静脉导管并发症措施的2009年的并发症发生情况相比较。结果:通过实施多项预防中心静脉导管并发症的措施以后,中心静脉导管并发症的发生率显著下降,差异有统计学意义。结论:实施多项预防措施是预防中心静脉导管并发症最有效的方法。
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of preventive measures of peripherally inserted central venous catheter-related complications.METHODS To implement preventive measures of central venous catheter-related complications,observe those effect in 2010 and compare occurrence of complications in 2010 with occurrence not to implement preventive measures in 2009.RESULTS Implementing preventive measures of central venous catheter-related complications,occurrence of central venous catheter-related complications decreasing significantly and difference existing statistically.CONCLUSIONS It is most effective method to implement preventive measures of central venous catheter-related complications.[Key wods] Peripherally inserted central venous catheter;Complication;Prevention
