摘要
目的:为进一步探讨了解临床中通过头孢噻利治疗老年细菌性下呼吸道感染取得的疗效,并对其使用的安全性进行评价。方法:将我院呼吸内科在2009年12月～2010年12月期间收治的64例老年细菌性下呼吸道感染患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予头孢噻利进行治疗,对照组给予头孢噻肟进行治疗,观察两组患者取得的疗效。结果:治疗组中痊愈的有20例,占62.5%,总有效率为93.75%;对照组中痊愈的有12例,占37.5%,总有效率为87.5%。两组总有效率和痰菌清除率比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);发生不良反应比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:头孢噻利在治疗老年细菌性下呼吸道感染中取得的临床疗效优于头孢噻肟,且具有和头孢噻肟相同的安全性,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective：to further explore the understanding of clinical by cefoselis treatment in elderly patients with bacterial lower respiratory tract infections the efficacy,and the use of safety evaluation.Methods：in our hospital in 2009 December ~ 2010 December treated 64 cases of aged patients with bacterial lower respiratory tract infection patients,all the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group was given patients cefoselis treatment,the control group was given with cefotaxime treatment,observe two groups of patients the curative effect.Results：the treatment group recovered in 20 cases,accounting for 62.5%,the total effective rate was 93.75%;in the control group recovered in 12 cases,accounting for 37.5%,the total effective rate was 87.5%.Two groups of the total efficiency and sputum clearance rates were statistically different（P 0.05）;the incidence of adverse reaction of no significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion：cefoselis in treatment of elderly patients with bacterial lower respiratory tract infection in superior clinical efficacy of cefotaxime and cefotaxime,and has the same security,worthy of clinical application.
