摘要
HDPE装置采用淤浆法生产高密度聚乙烯,本文描述了兰州石化HDPE装置聚合岗位的聚合机理、流程和方式,介绍了典型牌号5000S的操作参数,以5000S为例分析了影响产品质量的三个因素(熔融指数、密度、堆积密度),并提出了具体操作中提高产品质量的方法,简单介绍了HDPE产品性能特点。
High -density polyethylene was produced with slurry method by HDPE Unit. Polymerization mechanism, processes and methods of polymerization position of Lanzhou Petrochemical HDPE Unit, and the typical operating parame- ters grades 5000S were introduced. The three factors affecting product quality （ MFR, density, bulk density） were ana- lyzed, taking 5000S as an example, specific operational methods to improve product quality were put forward, and the a brief performance characteristics of HDPE products were briefly introduced.
