摘要
南海深水气田测试面临海床温度低致使测试管柱中易产生天然气水合物和深水作业费用昂贵等困难和挑战,使得深水气田测试设计不同于常规气田,测试设计时须考虑天然气水合物的形成条件预测及防治。提出了一开一关的测试流程,并对流程中4个阶段的测试时间进行了优化。以南海深水气田某气井为例进行了应用,结果表明测试非常成功,与设计基本一致。本文的测试流程目前已在南海珠江口盆地多口深水气井测试中成功应用,具有较好的推广价值。
For the deep-water gasfields in South China Sea,there are some challenges in DST,such as gas hydrate formation in DST tubing due to low seabed temperature and expensive cost in deep-water operation.Therefore,the DST design for these gasfields should be different from that for the ordinary gasfields,and the problems to predict and prevent gas hydrate formation have to be considered.A new DST procedure of"one openning and one shut-in" is proposed,and the test time is optimized for each of its four test stages.This DST procedure was once applied in a gas well in a deep-water gasfield,South China Sea,resulting in a successful DST quite consistent with the design.The new procedure has been applied successfully in several gas wells in Pearl River Mouth basin,showing a good potential of spreading its application.
