摘要
为了克服实际伺服阀动态测试时,动态缸平衡位置偏移的问题,介绍了采用差动变压器原理(LVDT)位移传感器完成动态缸的位置检测,实现位置闭环控制的应用方式;分析了差动变压器(LVDT)位移传感器的工作原理、结构特点和信号处理要求;阐述了采用ICL8038信号发生器芯片产生LVDT的激励电压,应用AD630芯片实现LVDT位移传感器信号的解调,将LVDT检测到动态缸的交流位置信号转换为可调的直流信号电路设计方法。
To overcome the equilibrium position shift of dynamic cylinder in actual servo valve dynamic testing, a closed- loop position control method using LVDT sensor to detect the position of dynamic cylinder is introduced. Theworking principle ,structure characteristics and the requirements to signal processing of LVDT position sensor are analyzed . ICL8038 signal generation chip is used to generate LVDT excitation voltage signal. AD630 chip is applied to demodulate the signals from LVDT displacement sensor and then the AC position signals from LVDT are transformed into adjustable DC signals.
