摘要
急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)是急性白血病的一种特殊类型。全反式维甲酸(ATRA)、三氧化二砷相继应用于APL的治疗,使其成为急性髓系白血病中治愈率最高的一个亚型;而PML/RARa阴性伴复杂核型染色体改变的急性髓系白血病M3型则属于高危预后。
Acute promyelocytic leukemia（APL）is a special type of acute leukemia.All-trans retinoic acid（ATRA）,arsenic trioxide have been used in the treatment of APL,to become acute myeloid leukemia,a subtype of the highest cure rate.But PML / RARa negative chromosomal changes associated with complex karyotypes of acute myeloid leukemia M3 type belong to high-risk prognostic.
