摘要
目的:分析慢性阻塞性肺病呼吸肌疲劳的中医诊治方法及效果。方法:选取94例慢性阻塞性肺病呼吸肌疲劳患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组71例采用中医辨证诊治,对照组23例采用传统西医治疗方法,分析两组治疗方法,中医辨证诊治方法,及两组治疗前后肺功能及呼吸肌疲劳指标、血气分析结果改善情况及呼吸衰竭发生情况。结果:两组患者治疗前后肺功能、血气分析改善情况及呼吸肌疲劳改善情况均存在差异。结论:中医辨证诊治慢性阻塞性肺病呼吸肌疲劳效果显著,能够较好地改善患者的肺功能及呼吸肌疲劳程度,值得临床推广。
Objective：Respiratory muscle fatigue due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the effects of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment were ananlyzed.Methods：94 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory muscle fatigue for the study were randomly divided into two groups,the 71 cases of observation group were treated with TCM treatment,the 23 patients of control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment.TCM treatment methods and lung function before and after treatment and respiratory muscle fatigue index,blood gas analysis changes and the occurrence of respiratory failure were all observed.Results：For two groups,lung function,blood gas analysis changes and the improvement in respiratory muscle fatigue before and after treatment,there are differences.Conclusion：Effects of TCM diagnosis and treatment of respiratory muscle fatigue due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is remarkable,and can better improve the patient＇s lung function and relieve respiratory muscle fatigue,being worthy of popularization.
