摘要
IL-8和TNF-α是构成COPD气道炎症的复杂炎症细胞,细胞因子网络的重要组成分,能相互促进,加速局部炎症的发生发展,最终导致气道结构的重塑和气道阻塞的形成。近年来,有关中医药治疗COPD机制的实验和临床研究不断深入,就对其调节细胞因子IL-8、TNF-α的研究,作一综述。
IL-8 and TNF-α is a complex of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease airway inflammation inflammatory cells,cells factor the importance of the network composition points.Moreover,they can promote each other and speed up the local inflammation development,finally,they will lead to the reshaping of airway structure and the formation of airway obstruction.In recent years,mechanism of experimental and clinical study on treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with traditional Chinese medicine have got deeply developments,the author further to the regulation of cell factors IL-8,TNF-α research,are reviewed in this.
