摘要
目前制造注射型填充剂的材料有很多种,其中胶原蛋白是纠正面部软组织缺陷较为理想的材料之一。本文对美国食品和药品监督管理局(FDA)已经批准上市的注射型胶原蛋白填充剂产品进行了综述,同时还探讨了影响该产品质量安全的因素。
Injectable fillers are made of various types of biomaterials and some include a combination of these materials. Collagen has remained a primary filler of choice for soft-tissue augmentation of dermal defects. Long clinical results show that injectable collagen fillers are safe and effective. In this article, we reviewed the physical-chemistry properties that are necessary for the application of collagen in aesthetic surgery. The current FDA-approved collagen-based soft tissue fillers were summarized and discussed risk factors which affects the quality of injectable collagen fillers.
