摘要
四元数在数学、物理学和计算机图形学中具有很高的应用价值.在仿真设计中,刚体的旋转模拟可以有很多算法实现,相比较而言,四元数占用较少的空间,具有运算量少、操作简便、几何意义明确等优越性.本文讨论了四元数的定义、运算性质以及利用四元数对矢量旋转的运算原理,给出了四元数刻划矢量旋转的详细证明.
The application of quaternion in mathematics,physics and computer graphics is significant.In design and simulation,rotating of rigid body can simulate by many algorithms.In comparison,quaternion takes up less space,and it can reduce the computational complexity,the operation is simple and the geometric meaning is definitude.The definition,operation,properties and the use of quaternion of vector rotating operation principle were discussed.It also demonstrated how to use quaternion to represent vector rotation.
