摘要
＂人文校园＂建设是创建特色学校、深入推进素质教育的新途径、新载体,是塑造人文精神、凝聚＂精气神＂、培养新人的重要奠基工程。目前重庆＂人文校园＂的建设已初见成效,但在建设中,依然存在管理系统不够优化、思想观念不够解放、资源配备参差不齐、内涵理解存在分歧、实际运作形式主义等问题和现象,这些便成了制约＂人文校园＂建设的瓶颈。要突破这些瓶颈,需要全面策划,把握建设的全局;树立全员参与、人文强校的意识;加强资源、过程监控;深化对＂人文校园＂的内涵理解;处理好共性与个性、形式与内容、领导倡导与群众参与、继承与创新等各种关系。
＂Cultural Campus＂ is to create a distinctive school,in-depth new ways to promote quality education,the new carrier;is also shaping the human spirit,cohesion,＂Manner＂ to cultivate an important new foundation works.In Chongqing ＂Human Campus＂ building has achieved initial success,but in the construction,management systems still not optimized,not the liberation of ideas,resources and equipment varies,meaning to understand their differences,the actual operation of the problems of formalism and phenomena,These constraints became ＂human Campus＂ bottleneck.To break through these bottlenecks requires comprehensive planning,and grasp the overall situation of the construction;establish full participation,cultural awareness of high school;enhance,process control;deepen ＂Human Campus＂ content understanding;handle the generality and individuality,form and content leading advocacy and public participation,inheritance and innovation,and other relationships.
