摘要
在取消福利分房制度、城乡收入差距加大、商品房价格持续攀升的背景下,中国保障性住房制度得到发展。然而,保障性住房制度发展中出现的一些问题影响了这一制度的有效实施。对保障性住房制度的法律框架进行梳理,在此基础上对保障性住房发展实践中存在的法律问题进行剖析,并探讨问题的解决途径。
In the context of the cancelling welfare housing policy,the increasing gap between the incomes of both urban and rural areas,and the rising price of housing in the urban,the public housing system in China gets development.However,appearance of some problems during current public housing system development influences effective implementation of this institution.This paper explored the legal framework of the current public housing system,on this basis it analyzed the legal problems in development practice,and gave some recommendations on the resolution of these problems.
