The Path Traffic Flow Transferring Model for Traffic Congestion Based on the Guidance Information

摘要 以UE均衡分配为前提,根据个别路段出现突发性交通堵塞的程度来发布诱导信息,并以此为依据分析出行者新的路径选择行为,从而建立路径流量转移模型,通过堵塞路径的流量转移来获取最优的交通分配新模式. On the premise of usual UE traffic assignment, traffic guidance information is released according to the level of sin- gle and unexpected link congestion and analyzes the new route-choosing behavior for travelers. A path traffic flow transferring model is proposed. At last the best traffic assignment pattern is got on the basis of congestion paths traffic flow transferring.
