摘要
[目的]为开发新型高效的植物源杀菌剂,通过室内盆栽试验、田间小区试验对0.1%异补骨脂查耳酮乳油防治水稻稻瘟病的效果进行初步研究。[结果]室内盆栽试验发现:0.1%异补骨脂查耳酮乳油的含量为1.25、2.5、5 g/L时,对水稻稻瘟病的防效分别为43.37%、61.93%、93.03%,其防治效果好于40%稻瘟灵乳油;田间试验结果表明:0.1%异补骨脂查耳酮乳油田间剂量为0.3、0.45、0.6 g a.i./hm2时,其防效分别为78.61%、80.10%、91.58%。[结论]0.1%异补骨脂查耳酮乳油是一种很有潜力的防治水稻稻瘟病的植物杀菌剂。
[Aims] In order to exploit a new efficiency botanic fungicide,the control effects of isobavachalcone 0.1% EC on rice blast were revealed by the potted rice test and field trial in this preliminary study.[Results] Potted rice test showed that the control effects of isobavachalcone 0.1% EC against rice blast was 43.37,61.93,93.03%,when the concentration of isobavachalcone was 1.25,2.5,5 g/L respecially.The effect of isobavachalcone 0.1% EC is better than isoprothiolane 40% EC.And the results of field trials showed that the control effect of isobavachalcone 0.1% EC was 78.61,80.10,91.58%,when the dosages of isobavachalcone was 0.3,0.45,0.6 g a.i./ha,respecially.[Conclusions] It indicated that isobavachalcone 0.1% EC was a potential botanic fungicide to control rice blast.
