摘要
研究山羊体外受精胚胎的发育速度与胚胎发育能力的关系,为进一步探讨哺乳动物体外胚胎发育能力的影响因素奠定基础。方法:观察比较在不同时间点逾越第1次卵裂和发育阻滞期的山羊体外受精胚胎的进一步发育能力。结果:山羊精卵共孵育后,在超过42h才出现卵裂的2-细胞胚胎比36h之前出现卵裂的胚胎更难越过发育阻滞期,精卵共孵育后78h以内逾越发育阻滞期的胚胎桑葚胚发育率高于84h以后逾越发育阻滞期的胚胎。结论:受精卵逾越第1次卵裂和胚胎发育阻滞期的时间对受精卵随后的发育能力有着重要的影响。
To investigate the relationship between the developing rate and the developmental capacity of goat in vitro fertilized embryos to lay the foundation for further exploration of the influencing factors of mammalian embryonic devel- opmental capacity. Methods: The experiments were carried out by comparing the further developmental capacity of goat in vitro fertilized embryos overstepping the first cleavage and development-block stage at different time points. Results: It was more difficult to overcome the embryonic development-block for the 2-cells embryos formed after 42 h than that formed with- in 36 h after co-incubating in vitro matured oocytes with sperms. And the morula formation rate of the embryos overstepping development-block stage within 78 h was significantly higher than that overstepping development-block stage after 84 h after co-incubating matured oocytes with sperms. Conclusion: The time of overstepping the first cleavage and embryonic develop- ment-block stage has a very significant impact on the subsequently developmental capacity of goat in vitro fertilized embryos.
