功能性二尖瓣反流研究新进展 被引量:6

摘要 功能性二尖瓣反流(functional mitral regurgitation,FMR)是指由于左心室局部或整体重构,导致解剖结构正常的二尖瓣关闭不全[1].与器质性二尖瓣反流不同,FMR主要是心室的问题,多见于扩张型心肌病或心肌梗死后心室重构的患者.FMR增加心力衰竭的发生率和死亡率[1].晚期收缩性心力衰竭患者常有FMR.虽然有一些研究探讨了外科修补术治疗晚期心力衰竭患者FMR的效果[2-3],但是没有前瞻性的随机研究显示手术治疗FMR有益.药物治疗仍然是心力衰竭患者FMR的标准治疗.本文主要综述有关FMR的研究新进展.
