摘要
从降低生产成本出发,并结合生产实际对铜钢熔敷焊接界面进行强度测试。通过产品实际使用效果来看,采用油压机作为压力试验机具有一定的可行性;另一方面对于利用感应加热方式使预置在钢基体上的铜环整体熔化并与钢基体发生冶金结合,而钢基体不熔化的铜钢感应熔敷焊接方法是完全能够满足产品性能和使用要求的。
