摘要
高校辅导员集教育、管理、服务于一身,要求有较强的语言表达能力。集体场合讲话是高校辅导员话语表达的重要手段,也是对学生进行情绪疏导、思想导向、价值引领的重要工作方式。辅导员要让讲话有吸引力,必须在讲话内容方面讲求吸引、贴近、适切策略,在讲话方式方面则需要讲求真诚、委婉、幽默策略。对于高校辅导员来说,塑造自己的话语也就是塑造自己的形象。因此,辅导员必须重视自己的话语修辞,讲求话语策略,最终创造有生命力和感召力的工作话语。
The work of a college counsellor is to educate, supervise and serve students, so he is supposed to have a high level of language competence. Addressing students in assemblies is an important way for a supervisor to carry out his work. And to make his speech attractive, a supervisor should adopt the tactics of ＂attraction, proximity and pertinence＂ in terms of the content of his speech, and adopt the tactics of ＂sincerity, tactfulness and humour＂ in the way of speech. A college counsellor＇s image is certainly affected by his speech, so he should attach importance to speech rhetorical tactics to create vigorous and inspiring speech for his work.
