摘要
目的研究PAP1/METTL9基因在肺癌细胞中的表达谱,进一步了解肺癌发病的分子机制。方法利用GeneSifter软件对人类正常的和永生的肺支气管表皮细胞的基因芯片数据集进行分析,并结合GO工具和KEGG通路分析其生物学意义。方法筛选出22个与PAP1/METTL9表达相关的基因,涉及到细胞分裂、蛋白质合成、免疫反应等多种生物学过程。结论 PAP1/METTL9基因在肺癌细胞中有特异性表达,可作为肺癌基因诊断与基因治疗新的候选基因。
[Objective] To study gene expression of PAP1/METTL9 gene, to further understand the molecular pathogenesis in human lung cancer ceils. [Methods] Using GeneSifter software to mine the microarray data set of human and immortalized bronchial epithelial cells, yet using gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) to understand PAP1/METrL9's biological functions. [ Results ] 22 genes were linked to PAP1/ METrL9 gene expression, which related to cell division, protein synthesize, immune response, and other biological process. [ Conclusion] PAP1/METTL9 gene expresses specially, maybe be selected to be a novel candidate for gene diagnosis and gene therapy in human lung cancer.
