摘要
严重创伤性休克病人伤情复杂,病情变化快,如不能得到及时、有效的院前救治,常常可死于现场或转运途中,死亡率高.因此及时、准确、快速的现场救治和妥善转送,可显著提高创伤性休克患者的救治成功率.
Injury patients with severe traumatic shock complicated condition changes quickly, if they can not receive timely and effective pre-hospital treatment, can often die from on-site or transit, and high mortality. Therefore,timely, accurate and rapid on -site treatment and proper transfer,can significantly improve the treatment of patients with traumatic shock success rate.
