摘要
本实验对55例树鼩颅脑进行测量,其中14例作全脑冰冻连续切片,观察和测量了丘脑的外形和大个,丘脑距APO额切面,HO_4平面和正中矢状面的距离。为从体表上测定树鼩丘脑在颅内的位置提供了一些数据。
The cranium and brains of 55 experimental tree shrews weremeasured. 14 brains were frozen and serially sectioned. We observed andmeasured the appearance and size of the thalamus and the distances from thehalamus to the APO coronal, the HO_4 horizontal and the median sagittalplanes. Our results are of value in determining the position of the thalamusfrom the surface of the cranium.
