摘要
在同一测定溶剂中,分别用单波长和双波长等吸收点法同时测定乙酰甲喹和甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)的含量。其中,乙酰甲喹的浓度C与A的相关系数r为0.9990,平均回收率为99.2%,变异系数CV=0.44%;TMP的浓度C与ΔA的相关系数r为0.9991,平均回收率为99.9%,变异系数CV=1.04%。
A method for the determination of Mequindox & Trimethoprimum(TMP)in the Premixture of Mequindox Liquid is described. Use same solution disolve Mequindox and Trimethoprimum , then detect Mequindox by single wavelength and Trimethoprimum by double wavelength UV spectrometer. The assay recovery of Mequindox is 99.2±0.44% (n=5) and relation coefficient is 0.9991. And the recovery of Trimethoprimum is 99.9±1.04% (n=5) and relation coefficient is 0.9990.
