摘要
针对宽幅数字喷墨打印机设计要求,基于ADAMS和MATLAB,联合建立了打印机协同仿真虚拟样机模型。对比试验显示喷印头速度误差在0.8%以内,吻合度较好。结果表明,该方法有效可行,为打印机的优化、样机的试制,提供了技术依据和现代化方法。
For the design requirements, the wide-format digital inkjet printer's co-simulation model is built, based on virtual prototype technology with ADAMS & MATLAB. Carried out co-simulation studies in different conditions, and compared with the physical prototype experiments, the results show that speed error of the printer in running-is less than 0.8% ,consistent with the physical prototype experiments. The results also prove that co=simulation method is feasible and effeetive,thus,a modern way for the design,improvement and optimization of the wide-format digital inkjet prihter has also been provided.
