CaMKⅡ对心肌细胞影响的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着心脏疾病的增加,对其发病机理以及干预防治成为当今学术界重点深入研究的方向。大量研究证明[1],钙调蛋白(CaM)是Ca2+信号变化的重要感受器,也是Ca2+调节蛋白及转录反应的重要效应器。
