摘要
通过在纳米青蒿琥酯胶囊内包埋有荧光特性的量子点,探索纳米药物药理研究可视化的方法;通过初生态微晶法制备了具有可检测荧光特性的纳米胶囊,探讨影响纳米胶囊形成和量子点荧光稳定性的主要因素。
The research method of visualization for transportation and distribution of drug-loaded nanocapsules may be achieved by entrapping fluorescent labels into nanocapsules. Nanocapsules were prepared with fluorescence characteristics, which can be detected through the early ecology microcrystalline legal system ,and the main factors of the nano-capsule formation and the stability of the quantum dot fluorescence were investigated.
