恶性肿瘤患者血清肌酸激酶同工酶高于肌酸激酶异常结果的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨恶性肿瘤非心肌源患者血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)活性高于肌酸激酶(CK)的原因及与疾病的关系。方法:用VITROS350生化系统检测恶性肿瘤患者CKMB和CK 3020例。结果:在3020例恶性肿瘤中,CKMB活性高于CK活性75例,而且大多数的血型为A型和B型。结论:恶性肿瘤患者非心肌源性CKMB>CK时可能是血清中CKBB、巨CK等影响CKMB假性升高;也有可能是恶性肿瘤患者免疫系统紊乱,病情加重的表现。 Objective:To explore manifestation of malignant tumor non -cardiac patients' serum CKMB actived higher than CK active. Meth- ods:3020 malignant tumor patients CKMB and CK were tested with VITROS350 biochemistry system. Results:In 3020 malignant tumor patients,75 patients CKMB actived higher than CK actived, but also great majority blood type A and blood type B. Conclusion:When serum CKMB actived higher than CK actived ,in noncardiac of malignant tumor patients, maybe serum CKBB, CK and so on lead to CKMB higher, or immune system disorderly, the malignant tumor vatients took a turn for the worse.
