摘要
通过对当今艺术体操集体项目的发展趋势与制胜规律进行研究,在此基础上对江苏省艺术体操队集体项目训练模式进行了大胆的改革与创新,在探索实践过程中取得良好效果。对这一阶段的实践进行总结与梳理,期望能够上升为理论认识,不断探索科学训练的新思路和新方法。
Based on the research of latest development trend and winning patterns of rhythmic gymnastics team events,this author experimented some bold reform in the training methodology of Jiangsu Rhythmic Gymnastics Team＇s team events and achieved very good results.This thesis intends to summarize and theorize the said experiments and practice of this phase in order to achieve better understanding and to continuously explore the new ideas and new methods of the scientific training.
