摘要
对大冶冶炼厂二段电积脱铜工序终液铜浓度高和电耗高的原因进行了探讨,并提出了改进措施。结果表明:改进后电积终液铜浓度小于1 g/L,电耗小于2 000 kWh/t铜。
The paper discussed the reasons for high concentration solution after electrowinning and power consumption in Daye smelter for the second decopperization,and the proper measures were taken for improvement.It was showed that copper concentration was less than 1 g/L in the solution after electrowinning and power consumption was less than 2 000 kWh/t铜 after improvement.
