摘要
目的:观察自拟排石汤治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法:选取在本院接受治疗的148例泌尿系结石患者,随机分为观察组(自拟排石汤)92例,对照组(消石素)56例。治疗疗效判定标准为结石自行排出,疼痛症状消失,经过复查也无结石的阴影。结果:观察组有效率为97.83%,对照组有效率为96.42%。结论:自拟排石汤对治疗肾结石和胆结石等是行之有效的。
Objective： To study the curative effect of the stone soup treatment in urinary calculus. Methods： Selected in our hospital for treatment of 148 cases of urinary stone patients, who were randomly divided into the 92 cases of observation group （stone soup） and 56 cases of control group （Xiaoshisu）. Treatment outcome standard were stone pass spontaneously, pain symptoms disappeared, also no stone of the shadow after review. Results： The effective rate was 97.83% in observation group, control group was 96.42%. Conclusion： It is effective that the stone soup to treat kidney stones and gallstones.
