摘要
试验采用铸轧3004坯料生产建筑装饰用铝带材。通过对材料化学成分、组织、性能等试验指标分析,确定成品退火制度,实现批量工业化生产,并生产出表面质量好、性能稳定的建筑装饰用铸轧3004H24铝合金带材,满足了用户的使用要求。
Aluminum strips for decorative construction were produced by 3004 cast-rolled stock in the study.The annealing schedule was determined by analyzing the chemical composition,structure and performance,and then batch production was achieved.The produced decoration material has good surface quality and stable properties,and can meet the requirements of customers.
