摘要
在设计ZY6400/21/45型放顶煤液压支架时,利用SolidWorks结合Simulation对该支架进行三维建模,并进行受力分析;依据国内制定的最新有关液压支架的试验标准,选取了ZY6400/21/45型放顶煤液压支架整架分析的多种危险工况之下的一种进行计算机模拟仿真;通过对该架模拟仿真,得出了整个支架的应力和变形分布,也得出了重要结构件的应力分布和模拟状况。
When ZY6400/21/45 sublevel caving hydraulic support is designed,SolidWorks software was used combined with Simulation to make three-dimensional model and to make force analysis. According to the new hydraulic support test standards in China, the com- puter simulation was made under a working condition which had been selected in many dangerous working conditions on the whole sup- port analysis of ZY6400/21/45 sublevel caving hydraulic support. Through analysis and simulation tests, not only the distribution of pressure and deformation of the whole support but also the stress distribution and simulation conditions were got about ZY6400/21/45 sublevel caving hydraulic support.
